A transformative deep relaxation with the profound healing power of sound. Individual face-to-face Sound Healing Therapy is a personalized experience designed to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Through the use of carefully selected instruments, such as Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, wind chimes and handpan, I will create a symphony of vibrations that gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation.
What you can expect from my Sound Healing Therapy/Sound Bath:

My Sound Healing therapy sessions last approximately 60 minutes. We will engage in a brief discussion to understand your reasons for seeking sound therapy and whether you have any specific areas of health you would like to focus on and set intentions accordingly.

If you are interested, I can assess your breathing technique and guide you through a healthy and calming breathing exercise. As a Pranayama Breathwork Teacher, I believe this is an integral part of the healing process.

Next, you will be invited to lie down on a specially prepared cozy space. A soft blanket, pillow, silk eye mask, and a knee pillow (if needed) will be provided to ensure your utmost comfort. All you need to do is relax, meditate and surrender to the sounds of the instruments.
Towards the end of the session, I will gently guide you back to the room, as you'll have spent approximately 45 minutes in an alpha or, more likely, theta brainwave state, a deeply relaxed, meditative state of consciousness where true healing can occur.

The Difference Between 1-2-1 Sessions and Group Sound Baths

In the realm of sound healing, two options often emerge the intimacy of a 1-2-1 session and the communal experience of a group sound bath. While both utilize the power of sound to promote relaxation and well-being, their approaches and benefits differ.

1-2-1 Sound Healing: A Tailored Journey

Imagine a session designed specifically for you. In a 1-2-1 sound healing session, the practitioner tailors the experience to your unique needs and goals. They'll discuss any concerns you have, whether it's stress, anxiety, or chronic pain, and curate a personalized selection of instruments and techniques to address them.

Feeling the Vibrations Deeply:

One significant advantage of a 1-2-1 session is the proximity of the instruments. With them placed closer to your body, you will experience the vibrations more intensely. This deeper immersion allows the sound waves to penetrate more effectively, potentially amplifying the therapeutic benefits.

1-2-1 Individual Therapy Price:

-
£120 for 1 person
-
£140 for 2 people
-
