Meet Tundie

Somatic Therapist & Nervous System Wellbeing Specialist

I help high-achieving, overwhelmed people heal chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm through somatic therapy, breathwork, neuroscience, and subconscious healing.

My work combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with holistic nervous system healing to help you feel calmer, more grounded, emotionally balanced, and reconnected with yourself.

Because true wellbeing is not just about coping with stress,  it’s about creating a life where you can genuinely thrive.

My Story

​

After spending more than 10 years in the corporate world, I understand firsthand what it feels like to live under constant pressure, stress, and emotional exhaustion. From the outside, life can appear successful, while internally you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, and unable to truly switch off. This experience led me on a deep personal healing journey through yoga, breathwork, meditation, neuroscience, and somatic healing. Eventually, I made the life - changing decision to leave my corporate career and travel to India, where I trained under my Guruji, Sanjeev Pandey , a 7th generation Himalayan Yogi and Ayurvedic Doctor & Phd,  becoming a certified Pranayama Breathwork Teacher and Sound Healing Therapist.

That journey transformed my understanding of stress, healing, and the nervous system, and inspired me to create Harmony by Tundie,  a space dedicated to helping others move from survival mode into balance, calm, and emotional wellbeing.
