A single private breathwork session can shift your nervous system state faster than almost anything else. In 60 minutes you will learn breathwork techniques tailored specifically to what you need right now. Whether that is instant calm after a stressful day, a natural energy boost, or relief from anxiety and tension that has been building for months. Every session is completely personal to you.
 

1:1 Pranayama Breathwork and Meditation Course

Learn a Breathwork Practise you can do in your own time!

For those who want something that lasts. This is a proper guided journey into traditional yogic breathwork and meditation, the same practice Tundie trained in personally during her time in India under Guruji Sanjeev Pandey, a 7th generation Himalayan Yogi. Over the course of the programme you will build a complete 30 minute daily practice that reduces anxiety, improves sleep, builds nervous system resilience, and helps you access calm and focus whenever you need it.

Private Sound Healing

for Stress & Overwhelm

Using Himalayan singing bowls, gong and chimes, a private sound healing session creates the conditions for deep rest without you having to do a thing. Most people feel lighter, very relaxed and rejuvenated  after just one session. In person in London.
