This is a proper guided journey into traditional yogic breathwork and meditation, the same practice Tundie trained in personally during her time in India under Guruji Sanjeev Pandey, a 7th generation Himalayan Yogi. Over the course of the programme you will build a complete 30 minute daily practice that reduces anxiety, improves sleep, builds nervous system resilience, and helps you access calm and focus whenever you need it.
