What to Expect:
Week 1 – Letting Go of Negativity, Grief & Self-Worth Struggles
Release emotional blockages, past hurts, and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. This session focuses on clearing stored emotions and allowing space for healing.
Week 2 – Self-Love & Self-Compassion
Connect with yourself on a deeper level. This session will help you nurture kindness, self-acceptance, and inner peace through breathwork and guided meditation.
Week 3 – Letting Go of Control & Expectations, Trusting the Flow
Surrendering can be one of the most freeing experiences. In this session, we will focus on letting go of resistance, control, and expectations, allowing trust and flow into your life.
